Technical Session Sponsor ($3,500)

All benefits included as Bronze level sponsorship along with:

  • Acknowledgement at the beginning of the session
  • Sponsor banner in the assigned session
  • Upgrade to full page advertisement in the proceedings
  • The session sponsors will be allotted on a first come-first serve basis
  • One (1) complimentary registration

Event Reception and Drinks Sponsor ($3,000)

All benefits included as Bronze level sponsorship along with sponsor banner in the reception area during the evening reception.

Continental Breakfast Sponsor ($2,500)

Best Paper Award Sponsor ($3,500)

All benefits included as Bronze level sponsorship along with:

  • Acknowledgment at the award ceremony
  • Sponsor representative to hand the awards
  • Sponsor logo on the gifts (if possible)
  • Upgrade to full page advertisement in the proceedings

Author’s Reception Sponsor ($3,000)

All benefits included as Bronze level sponsorship along with sponsor banner in the reception area during the author’s reception.

Proceedings Advertisement Opportunities

  • Full page advertisement : 9-3/4″tall x 7-1/2″ wide ($500)
  • Half page advertisement : 4-7/8″tall x 7-1/2″ wide ($250)
  • Advertisements will be printed in black and white in the proceedings. The digital copy of the proceedings will be in color.

All the proceedings advertisement sponsorships will receive

  • Sponsor logo on the slides shown during the event
  • Sponsor logo in sponsors page of the website
  • Link to sponsor website from www.snamesymposium.com
  • Space near registration for pamphlet display
